Join us for a 5 mile moderate linear walk past some of our local ancient heritage, form the 11th Century motte and bailey castle in the heart of Lampeter to Ffynnon Wen in Llangybi, taking in an iron age fort site (or two), along the way.
The walk is easy to moderate. Please bring waterproof clothing, sturdy footwear and lunch.

Cost £3 per person.
No dogs.
Meet at 10am at Llandysul Car park for Minibus transport to Lampeter. Cost of transport £5.
Alternative meeting point at University of Trinity St David main entrance on College Street, Lampeter at 10.30am. (What3Words //stopped.primed.stirs – by the motte and bailey Stephen’s Castle).
